Birmingham Research Park
Birmingham Research Park is located on the University campus and is owned and managed by University of Birmingham Enterprise Ltd.
The Park provides secure, high-quality office and laboratory space, for research-led companies, and their visitors, as well as meeting rooms, and an on-site café. Our tenants benefit from an equipment sharing agreement with the University, membership of a biomedical purchasing consortium, and a package of health and well-being services.
High spec, purpose-built laboratories with benches and adjoining office space, fully equipped and serviced, with qualified laboratory staff at hand.
Fully staffed reception with seated waiting area, and a receptionist to welcome visitors and accept deliveries. The Research Park also has an on-site Amazon locker for tenant use.
The Research Park has several open areas for informal meetings, and rooms with AV equipment that can be booked for private meetings.
An onsite café serves hot and cold food and drinks, and there are shared kitchen areas on all floors of the main Research Park buildings.
