With elections happening in the UK and the USA, 2024 is a unique year for politics.

Join us for the next instalment in our ‘Bringing Birmingham to You’ series as we discuss key events from the first 100 days of the new UK government, break down the upcoming US Presidential Election, and explore whether ripples will be felt across the pond.

The event will be chaired by Professor René Lindstädt, Head of the School of Government, who will lead an insightful discussion around this year’s changing political landscape, with a chance for questions at the end. Professor Lindstädt will be joined by expert University of Birmingham academics who are leading the way in this field, including:

• Dr Sarah Bufkin, Assistant Professor in Political Theory
• Dr Adam Quinn,  Associate Professor in American and International Politics
