I would like to keep my @bham.ac.uk email address, is this possible?
Alumni who graduated during or after Summer 2015 are automatically enrolled in the Alumni email 'for life' service. The service offers:
- Continuation of use of your student email account as an alumni after you have graduated*
- A 50GB mailbox with a cleaner interface and enhanced features
- The use of an @alumni.bham.ac.uk email address
- Mail sent to your previous @student.bham.ac.uk address will be delivered to your new @alumni.bham.ac.uk address for three months after your account transitions to alumni status
*Postgraduate Research students will lose access to any existing email and a new email account will be created on Office 365.
For more information, including how to access your Alumni email account, please read the IT Service Desk's Knowledge Base article KB12939.
If you graduated before Summer 2015, then unfortunately you will not be able to keep your @bham.ac.uk email address.
