FAQs

Can anyone advertise on UoB Property Search?

No – only members of our Lettings Membership Scheme can advertise on the platform. This is to ensure that our students only see properties from landlords/letting agents in our trusted community living community.

How do I advertise my property on UoB Property Search?

To create a listing on UoB Property Search, you’ll first need to create an account. Once you’re all set up, you’ll need to:

  • provide full details about your property and attach clear, high-quality images
  • provide a copy of a HMO license (if applicable)
