- If your answer is yes, proceed to Question 3.
- If your answer is no, it will be hard to create a successful strategy without a target audience.

Do you have a unique selling point or insight?
- If your answer is yes, proceed to Question 4.
- If your answer is no, your voice is likely to get lost in the crowd without a USP or key insight.

Do you have the time, resource and budget to produce a podcast?
- If your answer is yes, proceed to Question 5.
- If your answer is no, it will be difficult for you to produce a successful, reputationally enhancing podcast without these elements.

Have you connected with your College/Department marketing team?
- If your answer is yes, great! If they think it's a good idea, you can start to discuss next steps.
- If your answer is no, we advise approaching them. They are the best people to help you get your podcast made and heard.
