[Professor Mark Lee, University of Birmingham] The programme is an MSc in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence between IIT Madras and the University of Birmingham. It's aimed to give a global perspective on data science and cutting edge research in artificial intelligence.

[Professor Balarama Ravindran, Indian Institute of Technology Madras] Anybody with a science or engineering background who knows enough mathematics can join this programme. The programme is tailored in such a way that they'll bring the people up to speed, so that they are at the point of graduation at the same level as others students.
