With your sample, please send a fully completed sample submission form available from the relevant Services page and a purchase order number generated from your finance office. Sample analysis will not begin until these are received.
Timeline: results from routine sample analysis will be received within 10 working days provided instruments are operational. Samples require specialised sample pre-treatment or extensive data analysis may take longer.
