Year Four

This placement is the final placement of the MSci Physiotherapy programme. Together with consolidation of communication, assessment, management, treatment, handling and continuing professional development skills developed from previous placements, this placement prepares students for practice as graduate physiotherapists. Students will be expected to demonstrate highly proficient skills of caseload management. (e.g. time management, prioritisation of caseload, accurate reporting and recording, adaptable and fluent communication, managing demands and conflicts of the workplace). 

Assessment

Assessment using the Common Placement Assessment Form (CPAF) – 100%
As a required component (zero credit) 
Grading will not be credit-bearing but will be offered as part of feedback.
