A number of bus routes stop in Centenary Square. The nearest stop for The Exchange is “Library Metro” (Stop BR2). For buses travelling into the City Centre the stop is located across the road from The Exchange, there is a pedestrian crossing nearby. For buses travelling out of the City Centre the stop is located directly outside The Exchange.

The Exchange is a 10-15 minute walk from New Street Station and a 15-20 minute walk from Snow Hill Station. Moor Street Station and Five Ways are further away but still within walking distance (within 1 mile).

The Exchange is committed to being an accessible and inclusive space. There is step-free access and accessible toilets on all floors, and a Changing Places toilet on the Basement level. Guide dogs and assistance animals are welcome.
