Refocus your future with Clearing

This form is for prospective students whose fee status is 'overseas' and who already have their results.

Please note that while you can submit an application to Birmingham on the form below, you will not be able to refer yourself to UCAS until Clearing opens on Friday 5 July.

Please make sure that all supporting documentation is provided at the point of submission as without this we will not be able to assess your application; support documentation includes:

  • transcripts and certificates (English translation copies are also required)
  • passport
  • English language proficiency

Before completing this form, please ensure that you:

  • Are classed as an overseas fee payer' if you are unsure what your fee status is please visit the UKCISA website
  • Read our entry requirements on the course page, and your country specific requirements. For some areas we may consider applicants who have achieved slightly lower grades than our standard entry requirements.
  • Check that you meet our English language requirements. Students from some countries may be exempt or have other ways to meet the English Language requirements - please see your country page.
  • Have details of your qualifications or subjects that you have studied ready, including certificates and transcripts ready to upload to this form (A Levels, IB, foundation programme, or others).
  • Find your UCAS Personal ID number (if you have one).

You are only eligible for International Clearing if you are classed as an overseas fee payer, and either:

  • You have applied through UCAS for 2024 study and you have received your results, but you are not now holding an offer to study.

or

  • You have not yet submitted an application through UCAS for 2024 study.
