Zainab joined the Health Economics Unit in 2018 and she has worked on several model and trial based economic evaluations in a number of disease areas. Before that, she was working in sales and marketing of pharmaceuticals for almost 10 years in the Middle East. Currently she is working on two main projects in chronic disease with Sue Jowett. The other is a NIHR Global Health project in Atrial Fibrillation (Global-AF) aiming to support partners in LMICs to improve AF detection and management to reduce AF-associated stroke.
