Chidubem is a Research Fellow at the Health Economics Unit, University of Birmingham.
She is an enthusiastic researcher and is interested in outcome valuations and costing particularly in the areas of maternal, child and sexual health.
She recently completed an economic evaluation alongside the PRISM trial, which is funded solely by NIHR-HTA (UK is a large randomised, double-blind and placebo-controlled multi-centre study of the effectiveness of progesterone in reducing pregnancy losses in women with early pregnancy bleeding. Chidubem is currently involved in the LUSTRUM trial and the APPEAL trial.
She completed her PhD entitled ‘Developing and piloting approaches for the valuation of outcomes associated with sexually transmitted infections in order to construct QALYs for use in economic evaluation', in September 2018.
