MPharm Pharmacy (4-year)
Our 4-year MPharm has been awarded full accreditation from the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). The GPhC is the independent regulator for pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and pharmacy premises in Great Britain. Benefit from a significant amount of clinical and patient facing opportunities at all stages. This is supported by your fundamental pharmaceutical and medical science teaching, delivered by our research active academic and professional staff. This module which can be taken alone as a self standing CPD module or as part of the Practice Certificate in Independent Prescribing course addresses the underpinning practical principles of prescribing practice and highlights mechanisms and pathways necessary to refine and optimise the prescribing process at patient, local practice and national levels resulting in safe, effective prescribing.
