This free screening of Karl Freund's The Mummy (1932) featuring Boris Karloff sets the tone for the 'Tea with the Sphinx: Ancient Egypt and the Modern Imagination' conference.

This is an informal event where conference delegates and interested parties can chat over a bag of popcorn and a glass of punch, and of course enjoy one of the classics of horror cinema!
