Benjamin Perks is Senior Fellow in the Jubilee Centre for Character and Virtues. Benjamin is a diplomat specializing in human rights in low and middle income countries. He has been advocating for, and advising governments on access and quality of education, child protection, health and justice sector reform. He has served in Afghanistan, Kosovo, Albania, India, Georgia and Montenegro. His work has included collaboration on introducing and measuring the impact of character education in both mainstream education reform and specialized child protection services for those affected by adverse childhood experiences.
