Zoe is a Clinical Lecturer in Restorative Dentistry at the University of Birmingham Dental School.

Zoe is the Head of Admissions for Dentistry, Head of Firm and is also the lead for several modules on the BDS course.

Zoe is currently undertaking her PhD (PT) alongside her other roles.

Dr Rasha Abu-Eid qualified as a dentist and completed a PhD in Oral Pathology focused on oral cancer.

Her cancer research portfolio is focused on using different technologies for identifying markers of disease progression and targets for immunotherapy.

Nick Adams is a part-time Clinical Dental Tutor at the School of Dentistry in Institute of Clinical Sciences, responsible for one-to-one teaching of dental students during patient treatment sessions. Outside of the School he is a specialist endodontist in referral practice in Madeley, Telford, Shropshire.

 Thomas Addison is an Associate Professor responsible for clinical teaching of dental students. 

Salma teaches at the Birmingham Dental Hospital once a week where she supervises third and fourth year students on Clinical Practice.

Yazdana Arrain has been a part-time Clinical Dental Tutor at the school of Dentistry in the Institute of Clinical Sciences since 2007. Mr. Sukhvinder Singh Atthi is a part-time Clinical lecturer at the School of Dentistry. Responsibilities include teaching of undergraduate students during patient treatment sessions and oral surgery seminars.

He has special interests in Sedation, MOS and Orthodontics.

Mr. Atthi is a Tier II Oral Surgeon for North Midlands treating nervous patients for minor oral surgery with intravenous sedation

Dario is a Research Fellow in the School of Dentistry. He obtained his PhD in Gene Regulation and RNA Biology from the University of Nottingham in 2017. His PhD was based in the School of Pharmacy and focused in applying biochemical and bioinformatic approaches to study and characterize pivotal proteins involved in the mRNA decay. Joanna is currently the Programme Lead for the Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) programme. She qualified from the University of Birmingham with Distinction in Clinical Dentistry in 2007 and has worked in NHS and private practices before joining the University as a Clinical Academic in 2011. She completed her PhD in 2017, and successfully finished Specialist Training in Endodontics in 2024.
