The Centre for Crime, Justice and Policing brings together a diverse group of researchers who either work in the area of crime, justice and policing or have methodological expertise.

The University of Birmingham's Centre for Crime, Justice and Policing exemplifies academic excellence, uniting a broad spectrum of researchers with a focus on crime, justice, and policing or specialized methodological knowledge.

Boasting a team of over 40 experts, the Centre fosters interdisciplinary collaboration to address some of the big challenges facing the criminal justice sector. These collaborations have led to joint ventures in grant applications, journal articles, and impactful outcomes.

Serving as a unifying hub for practitioner support and training, the Centre is dedicated to the continuous exchange of knowledge, with aspirations to develop an interdisciplinary curriculum and evolve into an Institute.
