The MSc is delivered through a combination of lectures, seminars, tutorials, project-based and laboratory-based teaching and learning methods. Both 1 year full-time and 2 years part-time modes are available.
During this term you'll cover a compulsory module in research and professional skills providing key transferable skills in research project development.
You'll be offered diverse optional modules with advanced specialisations in automation and robotics, manufacturing engineering, vehicle engineering, biomedical engineering, and nano technology.

This innovative programme is delivered through industrially-relevant and research-informed teaching. you'll be taught through a combination of lectures, seminars and tutorials. you'll also undertake project and laboratory based modules with options from across the depth and breadth of mechanical engineering.
This programme is a 1 year full time (2 years part time) taught master's degree (180 credits) consisting of 120 credits of taught modules and a 60 credit of a project-based module . Assessment methods include a range of examinations, assignments and projects.
