Dr Adam Michalchuk has been made a Wilhelm-Ostwald Fellow of the German Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing (BAM).
Dr Adam Michalchuk has been made a Wilhelm-Ostwald Fellow of the German Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing (BAM).
The Fellowship is awarded in recognition of research excellence in materials science and aims to facilitate strong collaboration with the BAM.
The award of this Fellowship is excellent news for the rapidly growing partnership between the University of Birmingham and the BAM, and promises to open new areas of interdisciplinary and international research activity.
Based in the School of Chemistry, Adam is an Assistant Professor where he leads a dynamic and interdisciplinary Research Group focused on understanding new ways to control the physico-chemical reactivity of solids.
