Move It Or Lose It training course

ESR 2, Paul Doody, attended the Move It Or Lose It (MIOLI) two-day FABS training course. MIOLI will be one of the two chair-based physical activity interventions which will be utilised within the “Seated Physical Activity in Ageing” (SPAA) study in the Harborne “Living Lab” Ward (geriatric ward) of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham, which will be conducted in collaboration with Dr. Thomas Jackson and Dr. Zoe Wyrko, who are the lead geriatricians on the ward.
