It's been a busy and successful term for INLOGOV as you can see from the variety of items included in the newsletter.

Catherine Needham and I have recently returned from Australia having taken 13 of our students to study international public management at the University of Melbourne.  Our investment in the distance learning MPA programme is paying off, with over 80 students from across over 20 different countries now on the programme, and we have our first distance learning PhD student based in Toronto, Canada. We also had 26 students graduate in December. We are very pleased that this month Elke Loefller has joined the department as a part time teaching fellow, and we are sad to be saying goodbye to Daniel Stone, who has made a huge contribution to the development of our degree apprenticeship as part of his first placement on the UoB graduate trainee programme.
