Terms and conditions

Deposit and admin fee policy

  • The total amount payable to confirm the booking is AED 2,500, which includes an AED 2,200 refundable deposit and an AED 300 one-time non-refundable admin fee
  • AED 2,200 is refunded back to the resident post your final official check out, subject to no outstanding, cancellations, damages, or any other fines or other additional charges on the account to card/bank account of self or parents/guardian, 30 days from submission of the signed refund form
  • No cash refunds are provided
  • This value remains valid & is rolled over for the renewals. In case there are any deductions on the account during the renewals, the amount must be topped to bring it to AED 2,200
