The Myriad

The Myriad Dubai is a fully integrated, urban-styled student living community, accommodating up to 2,000 residents.

Located within Dubai International Academic City (DIAC), it is within walking distance of our campus and a short five-minute drive from Dubai Silicon Oasis, a vibrant community with a variety of retail shops, services, leisure facilities, restaurants, and shopping centres.

Accommodation options include twin rooms, single rooms, or studio rooms, all with en-suite shower rooms and shared kitchen lounges.

  • All rates mentioned are per month per person
  • Bookings are subject to a refundable deposit of AED 2,500 (AED 1,250 for short says) to be paid upon reservation
  • Refund of deposit will be subject to Terms & Conditions and can be deducted if the lease term is broken
  • A minimum stay of four months is required for the special rates
