Dr Suze Wilson is a globally renowned leadership scholar whose work has been influential in reframing how we understand the history of leadership theory, and therefore also its present trajectory.
A senior lecturer in the School of Management at Massey University. Her research examines issues of power, identity, gender, ethics, discourse, practice, context and crisis in relation to leadership and its development.
Her fellowship visit will aid in developing the theoretical and empirical bases for understanding how women exercising leadership encounter and counter online misogyny that will become influential both theoretically and methodologically.

Dr Vanessa Bal’s research aims to advance understanding of adults on the autism spectrum. Her specific interests include characterisation of strengths and challenges, development of tools to assess autism in adults and adapting mental health treatments for autistic adults. The long-term goal of her work is to improve diagnostic practices and approaches to promote well-being for individuals on the autism spectrum across the lifespan.
